Sorry, completely inappropriate. The man was just trying to have a pleasant evening out with his family, and he has to be subjected to that.

First of all, there was nothing disrespectful in the post show comments.

Second of all, if Pence is too thinned skin for that feedback from fellow Americans, then he is in for a very rough ride as Vice President.

i have no problem if the cast member delivered the same message privately after the show (or before). But to do it publicly makes it a partisan and inappropriate statement.

What's next, will national anthem signers at ball games make personal statements in front of 40,000 people after singing the anthem. Will metro train drives start making annoucements over the intercom on the Red Line? Is that also appropriate? No, because that is not the time or place for expressing their personal opinions.

Agree. You didn't see this level of disrespect (or riots!) when the Republicans lost.

Ill just leave this here...

A tweet versus a humiliating action?

There was nothing humiliating about the statement. If you feel differently, identify the "humiliating" language.

To single out an audience member for mbarrassment? That part. The singling out part. It's rude.

What harassment? The statement was very respectful. They thanked Pence for coming, they told audience members to stop booing him, and they made a statement that was in no way insulting. Conservatives whining about it are the same ones who mock "safe spaces" and "trigger warnings" and call liberals "special snowflakes," and yet they are outraged and offended by Americans politely addressing their elected leaders. He's not just some random person, he's the VP-elect, and he should expect people to share their views and concerns with him. I can't stand Pence, but he isn't the one acting like a big ol' crybaby about it.

I'll say it again, s-l-o-w-l-y ... it was rude.

Republicans have ceded the ability to chastise anybody for being "rude."

Yep, once you elect an internet troll as your president you've ceded the right to determine what is and isn't polite behavior.

No they have not. One can be both a liberal and repulsed by this bullying. Enough. It was creepy and wrong.

I don't know whether they are racists or not, but this spectacle was creepy. Pence is w very smart guy who keeps his cool well. He handled this strange matter with aplomb.

Perhaps when your candidate acts like a normal adult of the human species we can talk "spectacle," "creepy," and "strange" in regards to this matter. Until then, perhaps tweet the future Moron in Chief and tell him how to behave.

You are fighting yesterday's battle. And it's weird.

Actually, Trump voters are actually wealthier than Democratic voters. I was surprised too, but this is apparently the case.

Keep believing your convoluted polls.

Really? After your polls showed a resounding Hillary victory, you are actually saying OUR polls are convoluted? Breitbart, more specifically pollster Pat Caddell on Breitbart, predicted Trump's victory, and the holding on to the Senate, as well as the Republican victories in the states. I came on this site evening and next day of the election, reading the shock of overconfident liberals. Anytime I even tried to say something to people, as well as the moderator, I was mocked and called names, and Breitbart was laughed at as a fake news source.

I seriously suggest liberals take a hard look in the mirror and really evaluate where they are off-base.

Did Breitbart predict 2008 & 2012? Did they predict the popular victory of Hillary in 2016? She's going to have close to 2 million votes more than Trump by the end of the count. Not exactly a mandate.

Yes, in fact they did predict that Obama would win both elections. And yes, Caddell said that Hillary would probably take the popular vote. They also talked about the impact of non-citizen Hispanic voting, dead people voting, etc on the popular vote. Caddell also said that due to the maligning of the Trump voter, and the violence against the Trump voter, there would be large group of people that would fight back in the privacy of the voting booth. He spoke about the fact that you can't accurately poll these individuals, and that it would significantly impact the Democrat's ability to combat this.

Obama has deported 2.5 MILLION immigrants so far.

Where have those lovely Hamilton actors been for the last 8 years?

Que verguenza.

That Hamilton star tweeted a few years ago about preying on drunk white women on St Paddy's Day, frequently called women h-es, sl-ts, and advocated pursuing married white women as racial payback:
