The last Queen was Sansa, no? Which Queen are you referring to? Cersei, Sansa, Margery?

And too much male sniveling in this episode. Loras, the Khals, Jon Snow (who still knows nothing), Reek, Royce, the little Arryn.

But I did love Brienne telling it like it is to Davos and Melisandre. "Stannis? Dead."

That was awesome. I LOVE Brienne. The only thing I didn't like about that part was that Davos still doesn't know that Melisandre burned poor Shireen at the stake, and I can't WAIT for him to go apeshit on her when she does. At least, I hope he will.

I also found myself thinking that Drogo would be so proud of Dany for her burning those other khals, who totally deserved it. I keep hoping he'll come back somehow, even though I know it won't happen.

And, I can't decide whom I want to be the one to finally off Ramsay when the time comes. So many possibilities, all well-deserved!

Well, Ramsey should definitely lose his penis for starters.

Yes, flayed.

Sansa was married to Tyrion, not Joffrey. The last queen was Cersei, the current queen is Margery. She is married to Tommen, the king.

Tommen is also inbred and probably has a screw loose.

LOL his cat...

I might need to read the books just to read the cat stories.

And Margaery was married to Joffrey for about 5 min too.

You caught me, I can't keep their names straight.

So, current queen is in "jail" she is Margery. The last queen I was referring to is her mother-in-law (or some weird version of) which is Cersei. Oh, wait I googled Sansa, forgot about her. Is it possible that Cersei put herself through all of that with the High Sparrows to get Margery out of the picture? And what do the High Sparrows want Margery and her brother to talk about?

I know!

Loved tonight's show. The pieces are falling into place. Sansa is so transformed, it's awesome. Dani showed us - again - what a badass she is.

Only part I was bummed about was the wildling's death. Died serving the Starks, so she died with honor.

Why was Dany able to walk out of the fire but her brother was killed by the melted gold that was poured over his head by her husband?

Dany says "He was no dragon." Not every Targ has the ability to resist fire.

Yup. Folks, don't you know she's the Mother of Dragons? That's her thing.

Some of us need to re-watch or read a re-cap.

Will the Greyjoys assist Jon?

And will Bran wake up from his "vision" - the preview into next week's episode was scary! I don't want to lose Bran.

What is Littlefinger up to? I really have trouble following him. I can't figure out who he is for and who he is against. Does he really want to help Sansa? I do t believe he has Sansa's best interests at heart because he gave her to Ramsey.

What do you think Tommen told his mother the High Sparrow said? And, I really love this show, but this whole High Sparrow storyline is super lame. In the first 4 seasons, nobody could touch the Lanisters/Baratheons without losing their head. Now, some religious nutcase comes crawling out of the gutters and had TOTAL control over the monarchy? It's just not consistent with the show's premise. Cersei or Tommen could have totally taken control of this situation by now. Why haven't they sent the King's Guard and Cersei's scary bodyguard in there, slaughtered the Sparrow nuts and br done with it. What is keeping them from doing that?

Little Finger love Catelyn Stark so I have to believe he is going to look out for Sansa. But who knows, you can't really trust anyone on this show, can you?

And you are so right about The High Sparrow. Do they have an army? Seriously why hasn't Tommen gone in and just slaughtered them? Makes no sense.

It really doesn't make any sense. I can barely watch that part anymore.

What is Littlefinger's main objective? Does he really want Robyn to be in power? That kid needs to go down the moon slide or whatever they call it.

Is that the kid that was breastfeeding forever?

Yep! It's crazy how tall you can grow when you start eating solid foods and stop breastfeeding at 10!

I'm surprised that the High Sparrow is being so cruel to Margaery. She was the one who gave so much food and charity to the poor. Remember how they used to call out her name in the streets? She was loved by the poor.

I think they are playing mind games with one another. He knows she is mentally strong, unlike poor Lorys who looks like he's soaked in urine and about to claw his skin off.

That is exactly what it was, though Cersei (former queen, mother of current king) lost control of her scheme.

The High Sparrow gained a following because the common people of Westeros were losing everything because of the war. Their towns are sacked, crops stolen, women raped, all because of the War of the 5 Kings. The High Sparrow traveled the countryside collecting followers by helping them, and by denouncing the war as unholy. Eventually they make it to King's Landing where they amass even more followers.

Cersei goes to talk to the High Sparrow, intending to stop him from spreading dissent and organizing the common people. Instead, she senses an opportunity to rid herself of Margery and gain control of King's Landing again. She revives an old order known as the Faith Militant and gives them equal power as the crown and tells the High Sparrow all about the sins of the Tyrells, making up stories about Margery's lack of virtue and confirming that Loras is gay. The Faith arrests both Margery and Loras, but then the High Sparrow has Cersei arrested as well because she fornicated with her brother, committing incest as well as adultery, and she gets tossed in the hoosegow as well.

Cersei is now aligning herself with the Tyrells since they have an army (remember the crown does not have an army, just the kingsguard and the city watch) and can stop the High Sparrow. I'm sure she has something in her back pocket to take them out when this is all over though.

Yes, but she could have been an ally for him since she already had a caring heart.
