I sincerely hope they did not do this. That is even worse than a lunatic obsessed with Savannah or something. Geez.

I also hope they didn't do it. It would indeed explain why the public is not at risk.

Do you think Savannah would be staying at their home if she had been briefed by the FBI that her brother-in-law was a suspect? Get real.

This is a good point. I don’t think Savannah would be staying at the house if there was any likelihood of this. It also kind of does not make sense in terms of motive- why do this to your 84 year old mother in law? She did not have a ton of assets and with her age and health issues is (realistically) not going to be around for too may more years.

How do you know Savannah is staying at the house?

I think it's a gang of third rate, third world criminals who come from country where this kind of thing happens all the time. They are too stupid to realize that they won't get away with it here.

Link? I don’t see that anywhere. All I see is that the FBI visited their home to update them AND Savannnah on investigation.

Ashleigh Banfield is reporting it. Says the sister and brother in law’s car has been impounded.

WOW. She is reputable too. How long has Annie been married to him? Is he the father of her children?

Only Ashley Banfield is reporting that so I hope it is not real.

More places are reporting it now. JUST a suspect. I am not surprised Savannah is there at the house. You play it cool. She's savvy. Is he even there? Do we know where he is?

Savannah is the one with money, and she’s the target for the ransom.

But I can’t imagine the son-in-law is behind this.

The brother in-law is a school teacher.

Can someone post? To a photo of him

The family is always looked at with suspicion and needs to be ruled out. Has it been determined if the blood is a match for Nancy?

The media has reported that she is staying at their house. Also no photos of her coming and going, which at this point there would be, I think.

That tells you all you need to know.

Yes, that and only one reporter is reporting it. Now that I think of it, it makes sense that the FBI is investigating the last people to see a missing person. Isn’t That standard procedure?

There is zero evidence that this is a Third World gang related kidnapping. Your hate is showing. Look in the mirror so you can see how ugly that makes you.

Hardly "zero evidence" but nice try.

Investigating the family is always standard. Given Banfield’s long career in the legal/true crime arena, I actually believe she has credible law enforcement sources and that the brother in law will end up being behind this. I just hope that Nancy is still safe and is released ASAP.

I guess that is why they said you can drop her off and no questions asked.

And you know this how? Do you also know whether or not the mother is alive?

Hard to believe that they could be so stupid as to think that they would get away with this.

As long as we're discussing X rumors, I've also seen there that the sister is into Wiccan/ occult activities. Is that true too, PP?

I have a family member that is working on the case. No, the mother is not alive
