Democrats actually want legislation against gerrymandering. Get back to us when Republicans actually will vote for it. Otherwise, wah wah wah, shut up.

I'm impressed you could make any sense of that rant.

They’re welcome to try but with independents favoring Democrats by 20+ points in the generic ballot they would lose about 30 of these seats.

Texas already held their primaries so it’s too late for y’all.

Virginia is not the United States of America.

I am seriously disappointed nova has no consideration or respect for other citizens of the commonwealth.

Is it really? We do what we want, when we want! That's the MAGA way.

Texas didn't erase the votes of 48% they just adjusted it by 5% to follow population changes

My mom was from TX with roots going back to the mid 1800s (my great grandfather was an engineer that laid the highways across the state). Her Dad hated Republicans and called the Bushes “carpetbaggers”. I remember Ann Richards giving an amazing DNC speech. The fact that TX is viewed as solid red is confusing for me. People there are overly religious (I’m my atheist opinion) but love their neighbors. If Dems have lost them it’s because they’re either not messaging correctly or don’t have the ideas people are hoping for.

Texas is majority red but it's still like 40% Democrats.

What about the consideration or respect of red voters for the Constitution?

Which is normally done every 10 years concurrent with the Census. Why did the do this in the middle of the decade?

Please stop insulting our intelligence.

Look up the "southern strategy" - the cycle was about complete as Ann Richards took office.
