lol will not happen. Hispanic MAGA types are very happy with all of Trump’s policies. His support is still very strong and the data used to create these map now day is rock solid. All the experts are saying best case they pick up 5 seats worst case they pick up 3.

Hispanic MAGA types may be happy but Hispanic non-MAGA types, of which there are many (and those are the ones who are more likely to vote), are not.

His support from Hispanics had dropped about 12 points to 39%. I would imagine that support will keep dropping as Donald flushes the economy and they see their businesses start losing money and as they lose their workforces in a lot of industries.

Texas is red as can be. They vote in Ted Cruz and Abbott. I do not think most Texans care about anything except voting for a republican. Remember when Cruz was on vacation and Texans were dying in the cold because of the power grid? They still voted for him. The flood won’t make a difference.

Not the OP, but the Dems have generally conceded states to non-partisan redistricting and in fact the NY Governor cost the Dems the House by not gerrymandering. Both CA and NY have said that if Texas does this, both states will gerrymander and the result will be untenable for the GOP, as they have nowhere else they can conjure more seats.
