No, it’s only a small number of kids that go Navy > Franklin(?) > Chantilly. I imagine they will clean that up with boundary changes but who knows.

As the line of cars pull up, the patrol or teacher opens the door and helps the student exit. Then all the cars pull forward and the next set of cars pull up. We are an immersion school, so there are a lot of car riders.

The other thing that helps is that cones are placed all along the curb edge on the road leading into the K&R. This prevents parents from parking and walking their child in.

This sounds reasonable. So naturally Navy won’t do it.

Actually they do. The houses right across Greenbriar shopping center go to Navy and then Chantilly for starters.

Also Kensington manor homes and all those townhouses off Burning Bush right off Rugby Road. They are all Navy-> Chantilly. I have known several people to move into our neighborhood from there before HS to go to Oakton, although those who went to Chantilly seem fine. Kids adapt.

Navy is a split feeder. About 60% go to Oakton and 40% go to Chantilly.
