I live in the RM-zoned area next to Wootton, and it is often a topic of discussion. Some specifically target Wootton and have gone house-broke just to afford living in the zone. Losing property value would be a disaster.

RM cluster is fantastic.

You have all kinds of kids. Not a pressure cooker. If kid wants IB then there are 25 seats reserved for cluster's kid in IB magnet. If they decade then they can join even later in 11th grade. If kid likes AP more then pretty much all AP courses are available.

If by mean-spirited, you mean factual, then sure. I stood up for RM because some posters here tried to unfairly smear it with unfounded gossip and fearmongering. RM Is an excellent school where any kid can do well as is Wootton.
