Yeah, for historical purposes, Wootton was not considered a W school in the beginning. But they fought hard to be included in.

Your view is ignorant.

Look at the home values of the areas that feed into RM. There are some neighborhoods where home prices are above $800K. That is not MC. Don't care how dcumlandia views what MC is. >$800K+ homes are not considered "middle class".

There are many MC bought these houses at 300-400k decades ago. The house appreciates a lot but their income may not.
