The link to the Daily Mail commentary on the next page if from August 2018. Looks like she recycled the outfit (nothing wrong with that) but she seems to have put on a few pounds since them (or is pregnant). Notice the width of the belt width and the upper part of the sleeve. It's definitely a lot tighter now than it was last year. (You can date the year of the picture by the length of her hair)

It just looks like she cinched the waist way in to accentuate her boobs.

She is not aging well. Could it be stress in her workplace?

I think she's pregnant and can't keep up with some of her beauty treatments as a result.

That is a high slit for work. The dress is otherwise fine, if boring. It continues to amaze me why she can’t find better stuff. Have you seen the ad exec character on working moms? She has some awesome professional dresses. Or any of the dresses Selena wore on veep. Or just a well tailored black, navy or grey suit. I’m not saying I have great work fashion, but when I watch TV and see what people can buy with a good stylist and some money, I’m like “damn—that looks good!” I feel like Ivanka looks worse than I do. (For comparison, since someone always asks, today I wore black plain front straight leg slacks, and a three-quarter blouson sleeve patterned faux-wrap black blouse I got at
Bloomingdales. No one could see my naked thigh!).

Isn’t the recovery time for nose jobs still a few days? I admit I don’t keep up on plastic surgery. I maintain she’s just had her upper lip filled and it’s making her nose look smaller. Neigh, I am sure of it.

Girl, don’t sell yourself short. I’m sure your outfit from Bloomingdales was about 1000x better than Ivanka’s $4,000 outfit on any given day. If you were Ivanka’s friend I am 100% sure she would dress better, because I am pretty sure it’s not possible that she has friends and still goes outside dressed in these outfits.
