| I find it so annoying whenever St. Pat's people keep saying they are a feeder school to NCS/STA. There is only one feeder school and that is Beauvoir. There are so many wonderful school and students applying and I am sure the STA is taking a good look at all of these schools and students. St. Pat's is a good school but not the only good school. |
| Cool story, bro. |
| OP, why do you care? |
Hee hee |
I find it annoying and I care because it is not true. Just because a few students go to the Cathedral schools from there every year does not mean it is a feeder school. I don't think they should be selling themselves as a feeder school to the Cathedral schools. |
Get over it. ISIS is a problem. Some parent allegedly describing St. Patrick's as a "feeder school"? Ummm, no. |
| It is a known feeder school as it is Episcopalian and has a close relationship with NCS/STA..exmissions back this up. FYI no one from St Pats worries about this. |
| If not Sta/NCS, where do they place? |
| We do worry about ISIS |
The school itself -- St. P's -- does not. I don't think I've ever heard a parent say this either, but if I did I wouldn't care enough to remember. |
They? Who's they? OP, Beauvoir has about 380 students; NCS about 578, and St. A's 575 students. So students need to come from someone other than just Beauvoir. (You're a bit of an ass.) |
| What's the disconnect between the school and the church? |
| This may be one of the best original post I've ever read on DCUM. And love the PP who pointed out that ISIS, not this spurious St. Pat's claim, is the problem. |
| What? Who says that? I have kids at both and have never heard anyone say that. I am deeply concerned about ISIS though. |
Speak for yourself. I, for one, don't. !!
