I remember someone posting here many months ago about the bodies being moved, and either it got deleted or they didn’t answer any follow-up questions when they were asked how they knew that. I think most of us chalked it up to nonsense but really interesting now thinking back on it. I’m sort of overinvested in this case and I’ve been looking up the names of all the people subpoenaed. Many of the people are forensic experts and I believe they’ve had this evident for a long time but want a rock hard thousand percent solid case. they haven’t been waiting for JPM to flip. they’ve been waiting to have so many experts review so there aren’t any gotchas from the defense

Agree. Her flipping would help the case against BB but was not needed. BB and Big Momma are sure worried about her flipping it seems. None of us guessed that Tess was paying Juliana's lawyer. In hindsight, we should have. Someone close to BB was getting posts deleted. Control of JPM was even more key than trying to shape public opinion.

It's so sad to think of 2 lives snuffed out for no reason. A little girl losing her loving mom.

BB and JPM are depraved and should be locked up for life and decades, respectively.

Tess should also be charged imho. I hope that comes next.

Both trials being televised is going to be nuts. I think she may hold out, if she had truly independent counsel or wise family she'd take a deal, but she has neither and is young and dumb.

I'm still fascinated/intrigued by what CB was doing when BB put JR on his knees and shot him.. And what CB was doing while BB rummaged around for a meat-cleaver-knife. Is CB really looking down the barrel of a gun held by JM?

CB knows JM and would be looking her in the eye saying "what are you doing?!" If I were CB, I'd be running for cover or to escape. Maybe JM was rummaging for the knife while BB held a gun on CB. CB might be less inclined to run knowing that BB just shot JR and BB is trained to shoot people.

That makes more sense... that JM was getting the knife out of the backpack while BB held a gun on CB. He's truly sociopathic.

Still, the logistics are confounding... how does BB switch out his gun for a knife while holding CB at bay -- and then getting close enough to her to hold her down and slash her. You'd think there would be some opportunity for CB to fight... unless they restrained/tied her. That seems like the only way she can't fight.

If you’ve been following, lots have speculated Tess was paying for Juliana’s lawyer. Juliana’s mother said from the beginning in the news that she was not paying for the lawyer and the Au Pair agency certainly wasn’t. Leaves only Brendan and his mother.

CB was likely clothed and then BB cut off her old pjs per the Telegram message set up. Wondering where her body was moved from? She was still clinging to life. So horrifying.

In the Reddit link above someone who was purportedly a friend of Joe said rigor mortis had set in but that can't be right because Joe was heard moaning in the pain in the background of one of the 911 hang ups. Doesn't that take some time?

It is extremely likely he slipped sleeping pills into her drink, are you unaware of the current trial in France? The victim's daughter has set up a foundation to publicize how common this is. Control over the victims/variables was key to the success of the plan. Drugged CB and 2 guns on JR. JR ambushed and shot before CB stabbed by BB with the knife JR was told to bring that they got from his backpack. Total control. Even if she was tied up there would have been struggle marks. There were not. She was chemically restrained in all likelihood. Joe was backed into a corner and on his knees when shot by 2 people. Not curious at all. Tragic.

I assume LE has an approximate time of death for Joe and that some cameras clocked his arrival. I would be surprised if he was killed much earlier. They also know when BB, JPM and child arrived to kill Joe. RM takes 2 hours to begin setting in. I doubt they shot JR, then left, came back and stabbed CB with JR's knife. BB was established to be at McDs and the 3 were recorded entering the rear of the home. The trial will have a lot of forensics, I don't think VA would have claimed it was shot Joe on call if he had arrived hours earlier. Maybe more forensics have come back. They may have neighborhood Ring cameras that caught the timing of shots even.

I've always been surprised there was no attempt to stage the "forced entry" claim. Seemed to think that he'd be given 100% credibility by LE re: his story. Probably should have inquired about his wife's condition too. Would have looked better.

Police have always said no signs of forced entry. That was part of why they did not believe him from the beginning.

I’m still not getting where you’re coming from. They never talked about forced entry. They said on the 911 call that they shot someone unknown who was in the house stabbing the wife. Then JPM told authorities that she saw a strange car in the driveway.
