Didn't JPM's lawyer bring that up at a hearing? Surely LE has access to the profile that was posted for her and they have consistently claimed it was created by BB and/or AP.

It's all something of a red herring, esp re: her case. She said she shot him when he was on the ground, not a threat. He's dead now. That is enough to convict her without all these salacious attempts at misdirection and smearing of the 2 victims, may they RIP.

Will be interesting to hear more of the details they have about the ruse and how Joe was lured.

That he had been thinking of killing CB for years, mentioning her not being in the picture to another woman prior to AP is chilling. Had she left him when he first cheated she may not have had this daughter but she'd be alive.

Brendan may never see the light of day again. No more bike rides, walking the husky or blowing speed traps.

It was stated by prosecutors at his hearing. Think it was in the latest WP article upthread. Yes, imagine it was forensics, fingerprints.

What did he gain by doing so? Trying to fit that detail into a short time frame. Restaging, yeah. Waiting for victims to expire or be close so as to ensure silence, from his perspective, makes sense. But repacking stuff in a backpack? That said, we don't know who took any of the items out, Joe may have been literally backed into a corner and shot upon arrival. BB may have rummaged through backpack looking for knife to stab Christine? That there were no signs of struggle points to her having been drugged to me. Even restrained she would have struggled I would think.

Guess IRS LE isn't really trained on crime scene forensics. NO WAY were they going to get away with this esp when Davis was focused on him like a laser from the day of the killings.

Some of these women may have been here, this has been around since first thread, perhaps deleted at urging of Tess Banfield. There were similar, now deleted posts on WS. He had had affairs when they lived on LI too, maybe CB believed relocation might help stop.

Don't forget, it has been known by LE for a long time that the bodies of BOTH victims were moved. It was stated again this week and was told to friends and family long ago.

We don't know what the scene was before the staging, only the attempted misdirection by AP and her attorney.

They know when JR arrived and when BB, AP and child did. Very curious about the sequence there and any time gap.

Can't imagine he would not have slipped something into CB's drink, otherwise far too many variables. She could have left home, been on the phone with her family who are in LE when it went down, etc. in addition to fighting back.

I remember someone posting here many months ago about the bodies being moved, and either it got deleted or they didn’t answer any follow-up questions when they were asked how they knew that. I think most of us chalked it up to nonsense but really interesting now thinking back on it. I’m sort of overinvested in this case and I’ve been looking up the names of all the people subpoenaed. Many of the people are forensic experts and I believe they’ve had this evident for a long time but want a rock hard thousand percent solid case. they haven’t been waiting for JPM to flip. they’ve been waiting to have so many experts review so there aren’t any gotchas from the defense

As we know, Juliana was charged with second-degree murder of Joe. We also now know that at the time of arrest, she was planning to flee to Brazil with Brendan. I believe at the time they didn’t have enough evidence to show premeditation or at least present that evidence to the grand jury for indictment. Now it looks like they do have that evidence so will be very interested to see if additional charges are brought against her.
