Can anyone share an update on how many Windmill homes have been sold so far or which of these lots are still available?
Thank you.

Thank you.

There are not 45 Windmill lots available currently, but out of the ones available, many are sold or have deposits. Not sure what models though

They released the 3D virtual tour of the model homes. The palatine looks amazing!!! I guess that model house will sell for over $2millions

I am not feeling those open stairs everywhere. Frankly, for 2Million, I need a better walking closet in the master and I definitely need a sitting room. The Ridgeview is currently my favorite, it looks more stately. The double staircase just adds so much more to the entrance.

I don't see a 3D tour of the hamlet - only the windmill and orchard.

Has anyone else on this forum committed to a lot/home and started the design process? Would love to connect with others who are in the same phase as us.
