Thank you! Just sent you an email to join...we’ve bought a Windmill also.

Saw the windmill yesterday. OMG--so beautiful! Absolutely stunning -- the master bedroom. So tastefully decorated. I thought the basement was slightly small for the size of the house. Also couldn't figure how the garage would work given the sharp turn. Regardless, what a great house!

The agent told me that they stopped selling until January.

The basement is very large to me (rec room, large 1bed room, media room, wet bar). Do you think that is small?? I agree with the sharp turn needed to park in the one car garage. I like the elevator so as you get old and can no longer take the stairs you can stay in your home .

Is the Jan date for just the windmill or all the models? They originally said that they would reopen sales in mid Nov to more VIP folks but even that is not happening now.

All sales.
They are swamped with the VIP registrations. They are anticipating those will be done by Jan.

Palatine was huge...only thing I felt was relatively small was the media room in the basement. But maybe the model is a one off since that same setup is not available in the online floorplan (door and bathroom are different location than what’s shown). Either way, beautiful home!!
I see prices changed again too 😔

oh no prices changed again? .. I definitely need to start looking somewhere else. I was hoping to get in at current price level in phase2, but I guess it will be higher...

Where else in this area. I am not seeing much. We are overseas right now and won't be home for another 8 months. These price increase are killing me. We would love to be in the Potomac or Rockville area under 1.4 for a brand new house. Seems it's really hard to find these days. Please share if you find something else.

Did prices change for all models?

No, just some of the windmills I think

Yes it looks like only the Parkhurst in the windmill collection. The price is now $100K more than the initial opening price. this is the same increase for the palatine model. Early buyers got a good deal.

Patterson in the Orchard has also gone up. I guess the popular models that are sold they increase prices on.

They released the lot availability information for the windmill and they have sold almost all of them. Very impressive when you see the price point of these houses! those of us who were hopping they will reduce the prices are out of luck. most likely will be much higher in phase 2

Seems like the Windmill's are more popular. It would be nice to see which Orchard's are available. Anyone, know when Phase II starts?

Kind of surprised but I guess it makes sense considering you get much more bang for the buck and not too much more $$ than the orchard.

Interestingly not much hype around Hamlet models?
