Quite entertaining from a certain perspective. You vote ALWAY ALWAY ALWAYS for the one you like. On some level, people like Trump.

On the other hand, I think Harris will win this time around because institutions/business tends to favor Harris.

I voted for Trump but definitely don’t like him.

A vote for Trump is a vote against women and a vote for corruption. You must be proud.

Not every woman supports the right to kill their baby.

There are women who live a life completely dictated by the men in their lives. There are women who internalize the constant stream of misogyny in our society. They look to the men in their life to provide them thoughts/opinion and surrender their free will. I think we are all well aware of this fact.

This is such belittling BS. When we met, my husband was pro-choice. I’m the one who changed his views. For the life me, I can’t understand how some pro-choices fail to see how people have honest, moral objections to abortion.

Of course they understand why a person might object to abortion. That is why they are pro-choice.
that position allows for people against abortion to choose not have an abortion and for people that have a different view to make their own decision. The pro-choice position has complete respect for for the decisions each individual makes about their own reproductive life

Yeh sounds great a murderer may understand why people want to live. Get over abortion it's not needed for birth control anymore and trump has already stated rape, incest and life of the mother.

Whether a baby is aborted or not doesn't matter if you have a POTUS that refuses to protect our country and our people when there is an attack on our soil. I can agree with some of Trump's policies but no way I can get over the fact that he cowered in a corner of The White House for hours the one time we needed him to stand up and be brave as Commander-in-Chief. With regards to Trump and his bid for a second term, every other issue pales in comparison to his lack of integrity and courage in that very big moment when he had the job previously.

He is unfit and should and will lose.

Anyone with a lick of common sense agrees with you. I'd love to hear some MAGA fool try to defend Trump's 3 hours of doing nothing while our Capitol was under attack that day. They just cover their ears and ignore the truth when that subject is brought up.

I’m so F’ing SICK AND TIRED of hearing people complaining about the price of groceries. That sh!t is so played out it’s pathetic.

And really, why are we placing so much power in the hands of low income earners who clearly haven’t achieved much in life and are now complaining that hamburger helper is too expensive? Gee, I dunno, maybe you should’ve applied yourself a bit more in school and made something of yourself so the price of groceries aren’t a backbreaker for you?

I am going to have to copy this and save it somewhere -- to roll out on election night as Exhibit A as to why Trump won. Is this really how deeply buried some people have their heads in the sand, when it comes to inflation? Is this this really how Harris voters think an economy works?

I just took the day off work to run several errands. One stop was to a cobbler to have some shoes resoled. Another was to a clockmaker to drop off a wristwatch to be cleaned and oiled. And then I had an appointment for a mason to come by the house and replace some grout that has cracked and fallen out of the stonework on the house, before winter hits with freezing rain. And I probably shared the streets with several hundred truck drivers, delivering loads of food and fuel and other goods. These kind of tradespeople are the foundation of our economy and represent the majority of workers in a healthy economy.

Oh, and the final errand was to the grocery store. I try to cook most everything from scratch for the family, and I like King Arthur flour. A 4# bag that was $4.99 in 2018 is now even higher today -- up from $6.49 this summer to $6.99 now. Eggs, orange juice, vegetables, etc. are all up a similar percent from 2018.

Does the poster above really think the cobbler, horologist or stonemason "didn't make something" of their life? Is that how pathetic this person's worldview is?

What about the person working at a flour mill. Are they also a loser? Does this poster above think that everyone in a country can get a PhD and then 100% of the economy simply magically makes lots of money, and everyone lives well without anyone actually producing goods or services?

Let's say Trump is the answer to all of our economic problems and somehow he creates an economy where wages continue to climb while the price of goods and services actually comes down to 2019 levels. All is great, right? No! An economy doesn't matter when your POTUS doesn't have the courage and integrity to stand up and take on the role of Commander-in-Chief when the country is attacked!! Go ahead and enjoy your $4.99 bag of flour when you're in a concentration camp being forced to learn the Russian language. How can you people be so dumb?! Priorities!

The most important issues are the economy and immigration is more important than abortion. However pro choice is much lower because it's split between pro choice and pro life so pro choice importance is probably last

Yes, 10s of millions of people in our country that refuse to acknowledge the fact that Trump went AWOL for 3 hours while hundreds of lunatics were roaming the US Capitol halls looking for prominent leaders to "hang" have me feeling angry enough to where I might become unhinged.

The most important factor in this election is not electing someone that had the job previously and while on the job abandoned his duties as Commander-in-Chief while the sovereignty of our country was under attack. A 1st grader could figure that out. Why can't you?

Give it a rest. Your views on Jan 6 don’t dictate what issues are most important for others on this thread.

The poster is correct. Trump's behavior on January 6th is disqualifying for the presidency.

This whole thread is a great example of why Trump is pulling ahead in all the battlegrounds and is looking likely to win. The Trump supporters are talking about issues and policy, such as cracking down on illegal immigrants and lowering inflation. The Harris supporters all sound angry and desperate, but all they can do is throw ad hominem attacks at Trump. Some of the attacks are true, but some are false, which hurts the overall credibility of the attacks. Successful Presidents are not necessarily decent, moral human beings, with Bill Clinton being being a good example in modern times, and plenty others throughout history, so attacking Trump's moral fiber is not enough. The Harris supporters are not giving any reasons why she would be a good President, because there aren't any, nor are Harris people explaining why her policies and ideas are good for the country, because nobody knows what they are. The best "vision" that she can articulate for her Presidency is "saving democracy from a terrible fascist who is worse than Hitler," which isn't a vision, it is just a desperate attack. If smearing the other guy is all you've got, you are not going to win.

How is that a view? I didn't testify under oath when Trump's actions were investigated. That was Ivanka, Don Jr., Jared, and Trump's closest staff members that confirmed Trump's inaction for 3 hours while the Capitol was under attack. Are you suggesting that Trump's children and staff lied under oath in order to throw Trump under the bus? Now that is a ridiculous theory!! Please tell me if this my "view" of that situation, what's your feelings on Trump's inaction that day? You can't deny what happened. He absolutely went AWOL for three hours. How can you still support a POTUS that won't protect the country? Please share your "view" and how you can excuse what he failed to do as Commander-in-Chief that day? Crickets

Someone who had the privilege to take off to visit a clockmaker and a cobbler before having a mason come to their house is lecturing about how others live

Dp- Your ignorance isn’t excusable at this point.
She’s talked about increasing housing stock to help make home ownership more affordable.
She’s talked about Medicare coverage for elderly in home care.
She’s ISN’T proposing tariffs that will jack up prices event higher ( unlike Trump)
She isn’t praising Hitler
Inflation is down NOW. Right NOW.
You want deflation? Is that what you want?
Are we better off now than 4 years ago?
Yes. Of course things are better now. Trump ran the economy into the ground. We had record unemployment with him. There was major unrest and rioting in the streets of most major cities the last summer Trump was in office.
Crime is DOWN now. It’s been proven.
Stock market is up. Unemployment is down. Inflation tamed. We are the envy of the world and MAGA wants to ruin three years of hard work digging us out of the Hole Trump left.
We are not going back.

Yes, they'll go blood red after Trump wins and subsequently cowers in a bomb shelter when one of enemies attacks. Been there, done that during his failed presidency.
