I've worked in Bogota. Ivanka is definitely dressed
appropriately to represent the US while in Colombia. Dress code/style for women is more formal/traditional in Colombia than in the US. Colombian women dress with more of a European flair than American women. The style of Colombian women is closer to what you would see in Paris than what you see in the east coast of the US. What Ivanka is wearing is appropriate for a visit to Colombia and respectful to the country she is visiting. |

Do you have a problem with Hispanic designers?
It is sad that for the last 10 pages of this thread you have trashed the work of a very respected Hispanic designer. |
This is such typical Trumpkin deflection. |
Surprised she did not wear yellow shoes. |
+1 It's the deflection of an idiot. Just because you don't like a dress doesn't mean you don't like the dress of a designer. I don't like most of Ivanka's fashion choices, and she's had dresses designed by many races and nationalities. |
Oh yes, the obvious takeaway from these posts is that we hate Hispanic designers. |
The outfits she is wearing are not formal/professional enough, too casual! So it’s the opposite problem really. |
| Do you really believe the Trump Administration is respectful to Latin America? |
+1 I've worked a lot in Bogota too--she looks out of place in many pictures. There are European flair style suits and dresses, and she's dressed more to go to a formal dinner out in many occasions that appear to be professional meetings. |

Melania looking legitimately fabulous here at the opening of the new part of the Kennedy Center.

| Does she ever wear her hair up? That is a dress (the Kennedy Center one) that would look nice with an updo and she's got the length for it. |
I don’t love it. |
