Because it's all fake and she's completely out of her league. She thinks this is how one should act when doing public engagements, just like she thinks that the outfits on this thread are appropriate to wear to work.

The roots were one of the first things I noticed when I saw her out and about, no makeup or any of these getups. Plastic surgery looks weirder than photos and for all the money she has, her dye job is really shitty.
