Ok, this isn't really about the fashion but about the running comments about Ivanka's younger years, anyway it took me aback. I was reading a Mother Jones article about Trump finance tricks and it came with a pic. I had to check the caption to make sure I wasn't mistaking Eric's wife for Ivanka.

This reminds me of the vacation shot when she sat on Daddy's lap and cupped his face with her hands. Ok, sure, brother has his arm around her waist--but why is she stroking brother's tie???

And no, I have not figured out how to do pics.

The blue and red dress is really cute and I think moderately appropriate if she was doing a non-work photo op (like visiting an orphanage) rather than a meeting (eg meeting with government official re trade negotiations). She craps it up with those dumb stilletos—would look much better with a simple red flat or ballet shoe even.
