Or just make sure that kids receiving financial aid in high school contribute in some specific defined way/s - athletic, arts, academic. ‘Need blind’ is such a waste for high school and all of these schools are - to their detriment.

All of these private schools payrolls are bloated.

The amount of secretaries, or number of deans or useless positions created during Covid (DEI Directo being one of them), is rather staggering.

I’d imagine some BOT and school CFOs are trying to find ways to reduce the need for un-needed capital while balancing and driving the schools mission forward.

Agree completely. My kid goes to a private school and the number of overlapping deans, assistant deans, etc. in the same areas is mind boggling.
