Unfortunately, I can understand why its brought up, given Israel's history of false flag operations at politically opportune times. See USS liberty incident and King David Hotel Bombing. We only hear about these events if Israel makes a mistake in carrying out these attacks.

Israel's bombing of its people in the London Embassy to frame Palestinians was the first that comes to mind though.

I think Biden was fully cognizant of his support for the Israeli military, which, if anything, appears to have been rooted in his 1973 war-era understanding of the whole region.

So he wasn’t cognizant of Israel/Gaza 2024, but was living in 1973 Israel/Gaza. I don’t think Biden 2021 would have done what he did.
