Head over to my subdivision in Burke. |
Where are you posting from? |
My road is completely covered. We’re in Mount Vernon. I think we’ve hit at least 1” on the road. And we’ve already had a plow come through once. |
No chance of school tomorrow. Start crying now. 😜 |
when will they announce? i want to make plans. |
Where is that? People in Burke, Alexandria, Reston, Springfield, Fairfax, and Lorton have all said it's sticking to roads near them. You must live in the donut hole because it seems like it's sticking to roads all over the county except wherever you are. |
We live in Mclean, was just out and it's def sticking to the roads. Drastic change from when I left for the store vs. coming home. |
About an inch on the roads. Plows came through and dumped salt on the roads. No hope for tomorrow. |
Centreville/chantilly roads are covered at least two inches-coming down steady. |
I love it- this storm is doing exactly what actual human forecasters said but dolts who rely strictly on some ratchet-ass app have declared it a bust because there aren’t 17” already. These are no doubt the same people proclaiming AI can do any job better than any human. |
I'm in the landmark area and it's definitely sticking to the streets. Virginia 511 traffic cams show some slushy spots on the beltway and main side roads are fairly covered. |
Roads covered in Falls Church. |
Closed |
Exactly. We have a couple inches accumulated in rusts, sidewalks, lawns, houses in Burke. |
Fairfax County is closed tomorrow. Announcement is coming soon. |
