Snow Day next Tuesday?

All of my forecasts show only rain. Snow would be great for the federal government to shut down now that all TW agreements have been canceled. Free day off!

+2 he always WAY overestimates snow amounts in the immediate area.

3-6” Tuesday followed by wintry mix and rain will give us some good melting potential. I’m saying closed Tuesday and Wednesday, open with delays Thurs, normal Fri. Maybe even open with delays Wed if it’s more in the 3” range. This has all the hallmarks of everyone saying it’ll be a big one and we end up on the warm side of the rain/snow line.

Snow is hard to predict because a very slight variation in temperature can mean a lot of rain or a ton of snow. I really respect weather sources like CWG that discuss various models and degrees of uncertainty.
