You’re just copying and pasting a bunch of text from various insanely biased conspiracy theory type sites. You’re not exactly engaging in authentic dialogue here contributing to a discussion. |
A bunch of text like police witness statements and timelines and evidence pieces like a watch and safe. Where’s the conspiracy in posting things that were connected to the initial Laci Peterson search? Scott was arrested in April. The neighborhood and Lacis family thought the burglar van had something to do with Laci and they believed she was kidnapped not killed. It wasn’t until Amber Frey went public with the calls that the public assumed the worst that Laci was dead and Scott did it. All because the Pearl clutchers couldn’t imagine cheating and lying was not a scandal implying murder |
Not reading your copy and pasted bullshit. This case has been decided. |
How could he not plan it? According to the state, he didn’t want to be a father. Instead of simply running away to Mexico and abandoning his wife and son, apparently he decided to kill instead. |
And the case will be overturned just like the death sentence was. Stay tuned |
Do you think Laci found out about Amber and they got in a fight and he accidentally killed her?
It still doesn’t explain how 150 Lb Laci and 200+ lb Scott fit on a tiny fishing boat without capsizing or anyone seeing that show. Her body would’ve floated if he buried it where he was fishing. It was shallow water specifically for fishing |
It was weighted down with the homemade anchors. Thats why he didn’t have rope in his boat for the anchors because they weren't ever meant to be boat anchors. Scott never said where those missing anchors were that he made in his shop. Eventually they body broke free and floated until it was discovered. |
I don’t think it would have been an accident he would have killed her in a rage. She and the baby were keeping him from the life he really wanted. |
And your opinion is always right. You make up your mind and that’s that! A Justice system and due process is based on rigid convictions without examination of all the evidence. We don’t know Laci’s actual cause of death, time of death, if she were dismembered in the bay by predators, or dismembered before getting put in the bay, we don’t know if she had a coffin birth or live birth. We don’t know what her last meal was, contents of digestion. We don’t know how long she was in the water or how decomposed she was. We don’t know anything because the autopsy’s sealed but that’s worthy of the death penalty according to you |
What life that he really wanted? Laci was a homemaker who worshipped Scott. She knew about his past affairs and was young and beautiful enough to divorce him and find another husband but she didn’t care. Scott’s from San Diego Which is hours away from Modesto. Californias huge. He could’ve moved away and never looked back. Why would he have to kill her? He could’ve made sure she was on birth control if he was really concerned about kids. They waited 5 years to have kids and recently purchased that house. The idea that he didn’t want to be a father is the only motive the prosecution could use because there was no history of DV between Laci and Scott and Laci never told her family that she feared her life around Scott. Scott even picked up Amber’s 18 month old from daycare a few times in the weeks prior. She let a man she knew for only a week pick up her daughter from school. |
I don’t know if you’ve been around an 18 month old but someone that’s not good with kids or hates kids wouldn’t be great at handling driving and picking up a toddler (who doesn’t even know them) by themselves.
Scott decorated the nursery with fishing decor and they both came up with the name Connor. Who took all those nice pics of pregnant Laci? Scott. Scott’s happy in all the pics as well. There’s no indication they weren’t a happy expectant family. Yes, he cheated and lied that he wasn’t married and that’s wrong but he only did that for sex. Leaving Laci for Amber because he didn’t want the responsibility of a kid makes no sense because Amber was a single mom. He wanted to ditch being a father to be a stepdad? Amber was financially looking for a father figure for her daughter as the last man dumped her and sued her for lying about his paternity of the little girl. Scott was probably going to dump her by January once he figured out she wanted a full time stepdad figure |
Or is it because it's hard to trust lying liars? How can he say he loved her and wants her home safe when he's planning a life without her? At the very very least, it ruins his credibility for anything else he says. |
Yeah, to me this is most incriminating part of the whole case by far, that the bodies washed up in the same area that he went fishing, which was 90 miles from home. What are the chances someone other than Scott just happened to dump them in the same area? It's also a bizarre aspect of the case. He established this whole fishing alibi to show where he was and that he couldn't have killed Laci and yet that's where the bodies wash up. WTF? Normally an alibi is setup to demonstrate innocence. It totally backfired in this instance. My guess is that he was confident that the bodies wouldn't be found and that's why he was happy to show evidence of his fishing trip. Not very smart. |
Clearly men should just divorce their wives but many choose murder instead. Nobody is arguing it’s logical. Look at the recent Manassas woman Mamta Bhatt. Happens all the time. |
So what? Angry, passive men go along publicly with what their wives want and secretly hate them for it. Chris Watts is another example of this same personality. |
