What life that he really wanted? Laci was a homemaker who worshipped Scott. She knew about his past affairs and was young and beautiful enough to divorce him and find another husband but she didn’t care.

Scott’s from San Diego Which is hours away from Modesto. Californias huge. He could’ve moved away and never looked back. Why would he have to kill her? He could’ve made sure she was on birth control if he was really concerned about kids. They waited 5 years to have kids and recently purchased that house. The idea that he didn’t want to be a father is the only motive the prosecution could use because there was no history of DV between Laci and Scott and Laci never told her family that she feared her life around Scott. Scott even picked up Amber’s 18 month old from daycare a few times in the weeks prior. She let a man she knew for only a week pick up her daughter from school.[/quote]
