I’d lose my mind if I worked there. What a waste of taxpayer dollars answering request and request.

This is my issue.

FOIA laws are good laws. I believe in governmental transparency. I don't believe in FOIA abuse and fishing expeditions, which is what's been going on here. And I certainly don't believe in it when it targets my child.

This person you hate did not target your child or other children. Your language is duplicitous and you are trying to encourage someone other than you to attack this person. You are ill.

If she had any concern for other children she would have immediately deleted the documents. She is exploiting thousands of kids for her own purposes. It's disgusting.

DP.

BUT she thinks she's absolved because it's to "save" us all from FCPS, for the greater good, and oh she redacted it.

It was good for people to know this information. Also little of it had to do with the kids. She did not share information about your child. If FCPS had handed me this info I would have taken it straight to a lawyer to get help in how to deal with it. Is that what you are complaining about.

So does not have private sensitive information on 35000 children like she says she does?

She was given it by fcps, Yes. But she didn’t use it other than in a scrubbed, high level reporting. This was confirmed today by Michelle Reid. She is the fcps superintendent. So let’s stop making stuff up and speculating. This is straight from the top.

Does she still have it? Who else has seen it?

Once fcps gave it to her, I’m sure they lost track of it, so who knows. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Her website is still up and running with all its data. How is it not shut down? I am ready to take legal action against her.

It happened again. This is the latest inadvertent incident.

It's the first time my child's information was posted online as part of someone's vanity project. That wasn't FCPS. That was Callie Oettinger.

Your child's name and information were posted online somewhere at Callie's site? Is this true?

PP you need to answer the question. It will tell us a lot about you.

I'm not the PP, but I don't see where she claimed her child's name was posted online.

My understanding is that they immediately requested it back and she refused.

So, I googled her, and now I'm sympathetic to Callie.

I have literally gotten other kids IEPs and they forgot to cross out the name.

So is she saying that no information that identified her child was posted? Please explain this. She is implying that identifiable information about her child was posted. Was it or was it not?

How do you return online information back? Your post is crazy. Do you understand the internet, online documents etc. You sound like FCPS.

And what did you do what that information? Did you destroy it like a moral human being or did you post it online "redacted" because you run a "Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" blog? Callie Oettinger chose the latter.

I'm talking about the data--doesn't she have it on a thumb drive she downloaded? She supposedly didn't post it all on-line right? So where is it? What did she download it onto? You can give a thumb drive of documents back. I imagine that you can sign a certify statement or something that you haven't made additional copies or shared them. What is her reasoning about not doing this?

Does anyone know if FCPS has asked for it back?
