Capitol tryouts

My goodness people. Who cares why they went to M&D SW MCE Stars. So many variables in girls lacrosse-where a player falls on roster depth, want to play with new girls, depending on what HS u go to another club will be better feel like one club will favor some girls.

But, they all should have left BLC sooner, as BLC development is not proven yet. Let's hope all these girls become impact players in HS and if they want to play in college get recruited.

People care because they use the intel to make better informed decisions when it is their kids turn to make that decision. The purpose of this forum to begin with. Are you new here?

If you’re getting your intel from this site, I would say probably about 50% of it is not accurate. Be careful.

LOL, so you want no one to care about why or who is going to new teams, but in the same post you question why players and families chose to stay at BLC? Hilarious.

BLC is proven. With exception of the 28s BLC teams rank in (or near) the top ten (29s are #11). The 27s were a top ten team and half of them made Capital Blue and are on track to get recruited to great programs. Past BLC players will soon head to play at Stanford, Northwestern, Penn, Harvard, Brown, UVA and Maryland.

Agreed - people forget that many of the top high school players started at BLC

BLC is a great program for kids starting out. The 2023 team in particular was loaded with future top D1 recruits mentioned above before they moved onto Stars and then Cap, SW and M&D Black.

BLC is a great program for kids starting out - and then also for highly skilled players looking to continue their development. As a previous poster said, with the exception of the 28s (who were prob taken down by a toxic dad if I had to take a shot in the dark) BLC 32, 31, 30, 29 are all very high level.

Maybe start a BLC thread?

Trying again. Any breakdown available on the sending clubs to CLC Orange '27s? Looking for:

--Stars:
--Pride:
--BLC:

Etc.

3 Pride Red
1 Pride White

So 4 Pride total

I don’t have access to the roster but have heard that there were 4 girls from Pride Red on Orange (3 field and 1 goalie)

No clue about the other clubs

Yes, 5 total Pride. 4 Red, 1 White.

2 Stars White players (who previously played for Pride Red Loudoun (Cavs) & Pride Red Nova) made Orange.
