The disbelief is the hate. No one on this thread was there at the event and the ensuing paparazzi chase but posters immediately claimed they were lying about what took place. Even after credible information was posted to corroborate some of what Harry and Meghan said, people still claimed it wasn't true.

That's because the way they described it is literally impossible on the streets of NYC. You make it sound like anything they (or anyone!) says must be taken at face value. Despite reality.

You're saying there was a 2-hr high speed chase through the densest part of America that endangered multiple people and YET no one called the police, no one filmed it, no one spoke to anyone else about, it passed virtually unnoticed? How?
