Nah, I doubt it. They are young and have young kids, I think Josh had been obsessed with her ever since they broke up and she dated then married Gret. I'll bet there is a restraining order against Josh in fact -- that's how they tracked him down at his work so fast. |
A retraining order would have been mentioned in motive, not to mention you don't attend the same church as someone you've formally filed charges with. |
| How did he get into their house?? No ring or alarm? |
|
I’m not seeing involvement of either the wife or a nefarious non-US organization. Looks like you’ll continue to wait. |
| Where can we read the court documents |
Joshua (the killer) grew up in Chantilly. |
He lives in Arlington now, he went to chantilly high. |

PP meant laying blame on wife, like she had juicy affair, murder for hire, etc. I don't think anyone guessed a psycho ex. |
A psycho ex make sure even more of a victim, where she can feel responsible for causing the death of her husband it’s truly tragic |
| what a piece of S--- |
| Everybody, if you see something, say something. Someonemustve had a clue of his intentions. |
That is my question, too. |
it's a rental and not everybody has that |
| What if VA passed a Yellow Flag law where Heather could report Josh to a registry as a psycho ex. He is yellow flagged in system. And if he ever purchases a gun, she gets notified immediately. This is a hypo/example. Might be good for situations not meeting usual red flag criteria. Or would this situation have met new red flag criteria? |
