| The apparent decision to allow an insanity plea rather than bring the murderer to court disgusts me. The planing alone suggests he wasn't insane. It was a horrible crime where a husband and father was shot in bed in the middle of the night, with his wife right next to him. |

The CW’s own expert found him to be insane. I can absolutely understand the family’s feelings of injustice and betrayal, but that would be a rough prosecution.
