Killing the driver of a moving car makes that car even more dangerous now nobody is controlling it. If Ross was scared for his life because of the moving car, killing Good put him, his coworkers, and everybody else on that street in even more danger. Any response to that? |
This is why ICE Barbie originally said that the ICE people were stuck in the snow and Good was driving straight for them. |
I do! I’m an elementary school teacher who does carpool drop off and pick up duty. I walk in and out and amongst cars, often large vans, looking out for children, all the time. I walk around “standing” cars (Ie not parked; parents are in the and can drive away at any moment) while I may sometimes walk a child around the car and help them get into their seat. Cars pulling out out and around other cars with no warning sometimes. Parents are distracted; in a rush. Parents sometimes mouth off to us teachers, for just doing our jobs. I know the rules- if you are in a street or driving lane of a parking lot, you need to stay alert and stay out of the way of a car. Until the ice agent decided to pull his gun, the situation was no more dangerous than what I face on a daily basis. I have no doubt that I would have handled the situation far better than he did. Because I would have just let her drive her car away instead of deliberately stepping in front of a car to try to use the force of my bodily presence to stop the car. |
That's why these highly trained ICE agents, after detaining the driver of a vehicle on a high-traffic road, left the vehicle in the road, in neutral, and it rolled and caused an accident. (I've seen video of the vehicles that collided with it, and it is included in the lawsuit filed by the state.) There are also reports of agents brake-checking cars and a video of them ramming a car at a red light (but not pursuing that vehicle, instead they turned onto antother road). |
They are going to wind up hurting someone totally uninvolved. |
Exactly this. He didn't even need to move to avoid the vehicle. He stepped into it. |
Well, I don't know, if Dan Bovino felt compelled to issue a "legal refresher" memo telling them that refusing to follow commands is not cause to arrest under 18 USC 111. Bet that's a surprise to all the people saying she did this to herself. This appears to mean the orders to get out of the car were unlawful, and had she survived and been charged with assault the case would have been dismissed. |
He thinks this will help public opinion.

He probably doesn’t like that Minnesota is fighting back. Nobody is running scared from them at all. |
Looks like the paid Noem ICE goon-squad are on DC. Looks like the grammar police haven't knocked on her door. My bet is she couldn't pass an open-book test either. SMDH. |
| The DOJ is trying to pin charges on the wife instead of the officer. |
Dean Withers' IG break down of the footage shows he is standing on the ball of his right foot and calf forward toward the car when he first shot. If you're getting mowed over, the body's instinct would take over, and you'd probably fall down backward as a reflex because your weight would shift AWAY from the car. I mentioned earlier that people pointed out that right after her wife insults him, he shifts his phone from his right to left hand because he already knows he's going to pull his gun. |
The jury will convict this guy with evidence, not a false MAGA narrative like yours. |
Trump still doesn’t know the difference between somebody seeking asylum and an insane asylum. |
| QUINNIPIAC: “.. Republicans (77 - 10 percent) think the shooting was justified, while Democrats (92 - 4 percent) and independents (59 - 28 percent) think the shooting was not justified.” |
