I'm 40/M and happily single. I get to do whatever I want and spend my money however I wish. I don't have to compromise on anything and my life is completely on my own terms. I've traveled to 50 countries, enjoy my hobbies, take naps at random times, and eat pancakes for dinner if I feel like it.

How do you know there is nothing wrong with them? You can't unless you have dated them yourself. They could have control issues, annoying habits, a drinking problem, porn addiction, etc. .
