There is Prep and then there is everyone else in the IAC.
The only other team in the area that would give the Hoyas a run for their money this spring are the Cadets. Landon will be way down relative to the past two seasons. The coaching is there, but not enough talent for the Bears to win another IAC ship. Gonzaga might field the worst team they have fielded in the past 10 years. Bullis lost too much on offense last year, scoring goals will be a struggle. PVI brings back most of their squad from last year as does Good Counsel. Both the Panthers and Falcons should make the WCAC very interesting to watch. |

Just name the school where your son plays. |
are you talking to me here or all the Karen's [sic] on this board |
I’m talking to the Karen who is so insecure that he/she needs to punch down on the weakest program in the IAC by setting odds on their season. Name your son’s school please. |
Any other info you need? Home address? SSN? I'm here for you big fella. |
| IAC folks are a trip. |
SSSAS I only bet on my own school |

DM has 4-5 really good players but their depth is suspect and they have a very tough schedule. Having a great FOGO will probably keep them in games but GZ an STJ are probably best bets to win the WCAC. Paul VI could surprise some people.
quote=Anonymous]I think this spring will be interesting. For both IAC and WCAC. Kind of up for grab imo. I'd give the nod to Landon for IAC because I'm more familiar with that league. Prep may take some time with new coach and system. Bullis drops off huge with their 2025 class all graduating, huge drop off in talent there and the school not bringing in lax players anymore. Episcopal with a couple years into their commitment to lax makes a move higher imo. For WCAC, I think STJ and Gonzaga are top two. Stags surprised some folks, but I thought they were gritty and good moreso than the rest of league were "off" but anyone know what their status is on reloading? Is Good Counsel ready to make a serious move? |
| GZ is going to struggle. Only 1 or 2 impact players that are seniors. |
|
Prep, after many years, will now have competent game day coaching. And the rest of the IAC will see the difference.
The GP early season schedule includes 5 MIAA teams and Gonzaga. By the point the IAC season starts they will be battle tested and ready to roll. |
Are all of Urick's guys gone including the Dr. and the fogo coach? |
|
how many mid year players did Hilgy bring in post Christmas break?
Any 5th years? |
| GP schedule? Post please. |
