What food do you wish you liked?

I really wish I liked arugula. I just don't. It's in so many nice-sounding dishes, and I know I can sub it out but the flavor is unique.

You?

Yogurt. It's supposed to be so good for you but I find it disgusting.

Olives. Lots of restaurants put them out as small apps before a meal but I can't stomach them. Strange enough I love olive oil and have had olive tapenade that I've liked.

Raw tomatoes

Mushrooms
I just can't get over the idea of eating fungi.

Fish. Hate all fish but it's supposed to be so good for you!

+1 on olives. The ruin so many good meals for me.
I also can't stand anything anise/licorice flavored. I'll get a hint of fennel in an otherwise delicious dish and it will also be ruined.

Ever since we lived in mushroom country and the smell when the "honey truck" came in from Amish farms and when they churned the beds - can't face any type of mushroom any more.

Salmon. It's ok, but I'd never cook it or choose it in a restaurant.

Meat. All my friends who have lost weight have done it by eliminating carbs. Hard to do that as a vegetarian.
