Again with the lack of self awareness. Do you actually read what you write? |
The British are some stalkers. There's another article that all but says they're never letting Harry go and they're fighting for him. Like spurned lovers. “Meghan is playing to an American audience, but her husband is a prince of the realm and will always have a British audience. He can leave this country physically, but he never leave this country in terms of media coverage. Because of who he is, he will always be a news story. For them to go around destroying relationships with the British press may not have much of an effect on her, but it will have a profound effect on him. He has an audience here and people care about him.” https://www.thedailybeast.com/meghan-markle-vs-the-mail-is-a-grudge-match-thats-far-from-over |
Lol, what an imagination you have. Actually Kate has the most power in this situation because William remembers too well how hated his father was for mistreating Diana. I mean do you think it's for nothing that the popular sentiment is in favor of bypassing Charles and passing the crown to William? Charles has never recovered in the public eye after Diana's disaster so let's leave this nonsense about married-ins having no power. William knows his reputation rests on being known as a family man so no, he wouldn't survive a marital crisis un-skewered. Rose and Sofia stories are nothing but your imagination. And speaking of Rose, the bluest of all blue bloods didn't save her from having to marry a man 23 years her senior, who didn't marry her till they announced pregnancy, has a boyfriend and is rumored to spend most of his time in France. I mean I'd be looking outside the marriage too if I had to sleep with THAT. That's not exactly fairy tale material, is it. |
Let's be real here. Charles didn't mistreat Diana. He cheated on her. Then he slandered her. William's already happily doing the former. ![]() The royal, 39, was pictured leaving the upscale VIP bash around 7:30pm, flashing a brief smile as he got into his chauffeur-driven car before making his way back to Kensington Palace. |
Also - glad to know we all agree the Cholmondeley marriage sucks. Here's a secret - so did the Parker-Bowles marriage as well. Although he was far less influential than David. |
The lack of self awareness is just comical at this point. |
The Daily Fail, owned by billionaire Lord Rothermere, wants the Sussexs to invite Rothermere to tea to hash things out.
Good god, isn't tea with Wills + Kate enough? Leave them alone. ![]() ![]() |
Charles and William are not in the same situation. Diana was beloved. BELOVED. Kate is fine. She is admired by a fair amount of the British public, but she is not adored like Diana was. Diana had a way making everyone feel like they knew her, and she knew and understood them in return. When Charles betrayed her, he betrayed them. Kate is perfectly well behaved but at the expense of not showing anything personal of herself. The public doesn't feel close to her, so they don't identify with her or feel protective of her. |
