She has demonstrated that taking one for the team is not her thing. So I’m going to say no. |
And why should she in this case? Would you be willing to sacrifice your happiness for your child-rapist uncle-in-law just to save the family business? Wouldn’t you be livid if your in-laws and DH asked you to? No, she’s doing right by her child. |
| Why not just donate the money you spent on gas for this photo op to the shelter and actually do some good |
CNN has an article that said that Royals can stay 6 months at a time without going through the normal process. This fits with a split of time between Britain and Canada. |
I’m simply refuting PP that thinks this is a stunt to detract from Andrew. It’s not. |
You have no idea how publicity works, do you? |
And sounds rootless and poorly thought out for a new family. Par for the course. |
I agree that it is not. But it not being a stunt to detract from Andrew doesn’t say anything bad about her. If you thought it was a stunt, you’d claim she was craven for protecting a child-rapist. She can’t win either way with you. She’s damned if she does (covering for a pedophile) and damned if she doesn’t (not a team player). |
Plenty of young families with infants and toddlers move around frequently. It’s better than staying rooted in a toxic environment. |

Can you split that $ with an environmental group to offset the impact of her flight? So are they going to settle in a location that will require a flight every time the want to leave their neighborhood? |
| So there are no women’s shelters in the U.K.? |
Plenty. What there isn't in Canada - a hateful U.K. media and palace courtiers insisting Meghan stop 'doing so much' because Kate can't keep up. |
Proof? Source? Aside from Meghan’s painfully obvious PR, I mean. |
Proof of what? All the palace courtiers did throughout 2018 was complain about Meghan and her ability to work. Most recently, she showed off her baby bump in a black dress at the Fashion Awards 2018 in London. However, palace staff are reportedly concerned about Meghan and her workload in recent months. Some have apparently called the American a ‘workaholic’. A royal family expert named Russell appeared on ITV’s Lorraine and said Meghan has been issued with a ‘warning’ from palace staff. Apparently, staff are suggesting Meghan should slow down and take it easy before she welcomes her baby, who is due in a matter of months. https://extra.ie/2018/12/20/entertainment/celebrity/palace-staff-give-meghan-markle-warning-to-slow-down-ahead-of-welcoming-first-child-with-prince-harry |
