It doesn't matter if they graduate, but even attending for a year or so is a decent credential while they try to figure out what to do with their lives. It's also harder to get into some of these schools than graduate. They can also easily afford a 5-year plan, so there is time to re-take classes etc. |
Find the easiest course of study possible and get through it. They weren't going pre-med. Loughlin's idiot kid was studying communications. |
Statement from Georgetown:
Georgetown University is deeply disappointed to learn that former Tennis Coach Gordon Ernst is alleged to have committed criminal acts against the University that constitute an unprecedented breach of trust. Ernst has not coached our tennis team since December 2017, following an internal investigation that found he had violated University rules concerning admissions. Georgetown cooperated fully with the government’s investigation. We are reviewing the details of the indictment and will take appropriate action. |

Yeah, take that coastal elites. |
Yes, tutors who do the work for them. Graduate students who need the money do this all of the time. |
OH. SHIT. Georgetown has known about this for at least 15 months!! Sucks for the families that were blindsided but good on them for firing him. |
This. It probably would have been harder at Stanford (even Georgetown), even if studying communications. I also think that that Chen dude who paid 75K for his kid's SATs was definitely gearing up for HYP. |
I actually don’t FOLLOW her on IG . Her page was public and I decided to unload , guess I wasn’t the only one . |
Are they going to kick the kids that were illegally admitted out of school now? |
Sure -- I think Paul Manafort's looking for a roommate. |
Yeah, and there's this entire business of writing college papers on demand. Mom and Dad would gladly pay for that ,too. |
