6 sophomore DCE21's played significant minutes against Gillman. Only one who didn't was hurt. Goalie, 2 poles, D-middle who played a ton all game, O-middle who scored game tying goal, and attack who played significant minutes throughout game and got 2 key ground balls. Those are the facts.

The older kids will continue to play well and do their thing for Bullis, but the success of Bullis this year depends on these 21 kids developing quickly enough to be able to compete w Prep/SSA/Landon, IMO. If they develop, Bullis will be tough. If they stagnate, they will lose in Semi's.

Nobody is going to stop Bullis this year in the IAC except for maybe SSSA. The league is just not that strong.

SSSA vs. Haverford on Thursday should be an interesting game. If the Saints can hang tough with Haverford, they likely can do the same against Bullis.

A bunch of DCE 2022s made varsity teams at Bullis GZ and Landon.

Game was very competitive in the first quarter which I was surprised about.

Gonzaga had starters in the entire game so I'm not if they took their foot of gas or if Landon just made adjustments at the break.

Madlax and VLC far better than DCE. DCE has one great 21 and the rest is garbage. And the 21s are great because 75% of the team is holdbacks.
