Nobody is attacking Gabby, they're attacking you for focusing on her looks. Which is gross, honestly. |

I can't believe I never saw Gabbys Youtube video until yesterday. The van life did seem idyllic.

| I just read today online that a Sheriff spoke out on Friday that he believes that Brian killer himself prior to the official search of him. |
They should thread with caution on the statements they release, especially after revealing that they mistook his mother for him - not a good look. |
It’s called CYA. |
I agree. An outside agency is still investigating the clowns in Utah who drove Brian to a paid-for hotel while sending Gabby distressed out into the desert alone - clearly anxious/distraught and without knowing a soul in the region. Those cops who were on the body cam video must be feeling so guilty for falling for Brian’s “charm.” Hopefully they will require training for DV for its police staff. What has John Walsh said after Brian was found? |
They should stop guessing and making things up! The Sheriff said "he probably committed suicide". The North Port Police Chief actually stated that their work led to finding Gabby's body. Gabby was found because of the Bethune youtube video and the FBI. I just can't believe they didn't keep track of Brian when he returned without Gabby in her van. |

I meant to add this clip of what the Police said:

They aren't clowns. They did an excellent and careful job. Gabby had put her hands on him. There aren't double standards any more and they can not see in to the future. It's shitty of you to hound them. |
I respectfully disagree w/everything you just said PP. The Moab Police officers who handled the Gabby/Brian situation on 8/12 definitely dropped the ball on how they handled things. It is crystal clear in my opinion that they were so outside of their elements on the body cam footage. When the second officer initially approached Gabby who was already sitting in the back of a police vehicle, the officer clearly told Gabby that someone had reportedly seen Brian strike her (and not vice versa.) She never denied it & insisted that she hit him first. A DV victim usually will absolve all the blame which is a clear sign of distress plus she was in tears the entire hour. Brian on the other hand was never told that a witness had reportedly seen him strike Gabby. In fact he was told directly by the first officer on the scene that he did “nothing wrong.” His demeanor was carefree about the entire thing, he claimed Gabby was “crazy” + that they actually were having a nice day. Just because he had scratches on him does not automatically mean that he was the victim. If having bodily injuries on one’s person determined that - then who is to say people wouldn’t self-mutilate themselves to avoid going to jail?? That is very flawed logic on your end. Every DV situation is different. I cannot believe that you think the cops did their best in this case. If that was their best > then I would hate to see their worst. You definitely need to be much more aware…. |

^^ I find it utterly ridiculous how the cops are bragging what excellent work their officers have done on the Petito | Laundrie case. ^^
Talk about a pat on the proverbial back. Not the Moab cops, but the ones from North Port. The excuse that they initially thought Brian’s Mom was him is just a flimsy cover-up for the fact that cops missed the mark big time on their surveillance skills. Even when wearing a ball cap, Roberta Laundrie looks nothing close to her son. Obviously the cops were sleeping on the job when Brian exited his house. So all these bragging rights are completely undeserved. They did shoddy work and dropped the ball multiple times. In this day and age, it is outrageous that in 2021 incompetent police officers are still in existence. From the Moab Police Department —> to the ones in FLA, why can’t competent individuals be hired? The Moab cops screwed up on August 12, but at least their chief acknowledges that the officers on scene are upset now and that changes will be made to how DV calls are handled. No one else owns their mistakes. |
I agree with you 100%. The police told Gabby she wasn’t in trouble and gave her water and a cool place to sit. What people seem to forget is that she wasn’t a child but a full fledged adult. She presented herself as an avid traveler living the “van life.” Since that was her chosen life style, why on earth would the police not think she was perfectly capable of managing on her own for the night? They had her call her parents—if her parents couldn’t detect anything wrong, how could the police? Sometimes people are just looking for someone to blame, I guess. |
DP. According to you, they should cry instead. |
He left his phone to not be traced. He told his mom to get the car and he would go off the grid for a while and then smuggle out of the country when things cooled off. |
