This is precisely the kind of preachy, formulaic histrionics that psychologically normal people are repulsed by, hence this whole thread Thanks for the demonstration, even though you sound like you might be a chatbot |
Is it still racism if I’m a member of one of the groups this is designed to help? |
Dear Lord. Please never ever insult me again by calling me a white progressive. That’s a low blow. I have no patience for the rest of your nonsense. |
1) that’s a whiney op-ed 2) it doesn’t give any examples of “getting correct answers was indicative of white supremacist culture” |
That curriculum was posted pages ago. Do try to keep up. |
So like I said, zero evidence that “getting correct answers was indicative of white supremacist culture” is happening in private schools here. |
I'm sure plenty of schools around here use materials from Tema Okun, the popularizer of all that stuff but I guess what you need to see is a poster of it in the principal's office with the principal holding up their driver's license, that's fine you should Google "Motte-and-Bailey" if you want to better understand your own argument |
DP. Huh? Is DEI a struggle session where white people have to confess their racism? Even more reason to get it out of schools. |
Those of us with real life kids in real life schools know you’re full of crap. Go push your propaganda somewhere else. |
Struggle sessions appear to be the goal. Harmony among the children is clearly not. |
can you tell us which schools DON'T have it? we're actually looking; it would be helpful |
Easy. Zero schools in the area teach that “getting correct answers was indicative of white supremacist culture”. |
https://www.gds.org/about/diversity-equity-and-inclusion/resources-for-parents including: "White Supremacy Culture," by Kenneth Jones and Tema Okun, ChangeWork try harder is this the part where "it's not happening but it's great that it is?" |
WIS does not have DEI. It has IDI: internationalism, diversity and inclusion. |
Very similar. |
