Why is Blake Lively so overrated?

BL didn’t get everything she wanted along with some negative press related to her own behaviors in interviews. She went back to every interaction and remembered it now with a negative lens. She may actually believe her own claims based on some of her delusional texts. This shouldn’t go to trial, it will hurt everyone but BL has the most to lose.

Can you give examples of her delusional texts?

The GOT one did it for me

The last few pages on how she brought any harassment that happened on herself. And he can’t help it, it’s not natural to to keep your bag turned so it’s fine if he looked regardless of what she asked, and now she isn’t hot enough to be harassed. Some of you are leaning hard into the misogynistic blame game. It was her fault, she deserved it, men can’t help themself, she isn’t hot enough for that to be called harassment.

Please quote the specific post that said she brought harrassment on herself.

DP but the posts saying she caused the Justin problem herself by inviting him into her trailer in the first place when she was changing or whatever are like that for me.

I did not interpret those posts as saying she deserved harrassment. Rather I thought they were saying it was bizarre to claim harrassment after inviting someone into the trailer while her breast was uncovered. It does not mean there are not instances of harrassment. It is just strange to invite someone while you are undressed in any way and then say that them accepting your invitation is harassment.

Thanks for this, too. Hard agree. Lots of resentment of women in this thread, from my perspective.

This is what kills me. Blake has done real harm to actual victims of sexual harassment. Everytime a women makes up sexual harassment claims it makes it less likely the real victims will be believed.

And there it is.

And anyway, it wasn’t the accepting the invite that was problematic, but her asking him to turn his back because she would be topless and then later finding him looking at her that was the problem. So you are changing the truth in a problematic way that benefits Baldoni and co., which is what people are commenting on.

And "there" what is? If I invite someone while I have my boob hanging out it is unfair to criticize them for coming in. That is just irrational and does not help the claim of victimhood.

It’s a societal norm to address people face to face, there s nothing to indicate JB turmimg was anything other than an accident and she accepted it as such.

So the argument is that Justin responded, "No I will not turn around" ? And that was the harrassment?

This is also something people from Men’s Rights organizations commonly post to take someone down, even though they have no real sympathy for most any victims of sexual harassment themselves. I agree with what others in this thread have said about Lively’s complaints rising to complaints about behavior that is actionable and should not have happened.

So, to be clear, this is someone saying it was her own fault. Get it now?

You think false claims of sexual harassment are good for the cause? Ok then.

No. You are missing the point which is IF YOU INVITE SOMEONE IN WHILE YOU ARE UNCLOTHED YOU SHOULD NOT BLAME THAT INDIViDUAL FOR SEEING YOU UNCLOTHED.

The solution is not to call meeting when you are undressed. And that does not make someone responsible for harrassment. But in my mind it is not harrassment if she specifically called the meeting during a time when she was unclothed. She seems like a helpless child. I wonder if Blake can even wipe her own butt or if she has a maid for that.

I see dcum is still defending the self anointed khaleesi. Well, she certainly needs it now that the entire internet has turned against her (which she very much cares about and her team misled her to believe it was a smear job and not organic). She’s probably praying the TikTok ban holds.

Anyone else remember the girl who falsely claimed gang rape at a uva frat in a story published in Rolling Stone? Or the recent admission by the accuser in the Duke lacrosse case who admitted fabricating the story. Yes, some women don’t tell the truth, gender is not a predicator of credibility.

To be clear, what those people are saying it entering the trailer while she was breast feeding is not harassing if he was invited to enter at that time. That is not the same as saying someone deserves harrassment but rather an argument about what constitutes harrassment.

Her stories and his, put together, do not suggest to me that Blake Lively was sexually harassed.
