This, a thousand times this.

I feel like Trump has made immaturity great again.

There were so many parts like this. So many. So unbecoming if any adult, let alone a SC Justice.

Women rarely lie about these things.... but you have had 200+ pages of this argument. You went in gunning for Kavanaugh and was never going to believe Ford unless there was video.

It doesn’t mean it happened and it doesn’t mean it was our newest supreme. Congratulations Brett! Make ‘em Pay!

BK is going to spend decades exacting vengeance from his seat on the SCOTUS.

Truly awesome.

Well at least you admit he doesn’t have the right disposition and temperament to be on SCOTUS.

Now that the rape gambit failed, it’s his “temperament.” Give it up, desperate one.

I believe fully and wholeheartedly she is lying.

Well she did lie about flying. Supposedly she didn’t want to come to DC because she would have to fly. Turns out she flew to DC in the summer to see family in Rehoboth and has flown to many destinations around the world

I completely believe the assault occurred, but she has no evidence of who did it. The fact that she fell apart for the remainder of high school and two years of college never raised her parents concern or that of a Holton-Arms Arms counselor. People of her SES would have had her at a shrink.

I know - why??

Crickets. She's just fine about flying all over the world. She lied again and again. Sad.

Crickets? There were pages of responses to this question already.

There are about 800 pages now in various threads. Can you point us towards a thread name and page # please?

how she left, and she wasn’t even sure what year, let alone what month or day it occurred. And everyone she identified as being there denies any knowledge of it or outright refutes it.

With only an allegation unsupported by any proof, how can so many of you feel ok about ruining a man’s life and career. It’s simply unbelievable.

+1 I don't get it either.

His life isn't ruined. He'll still be a Circuit Court Judge. She was credible, backed by what we know about Kavanaugh from his yearbooks, Mark Judge's books and other witnesses, many of who say he drank to excess and was a belligerant, mean drunk. Plus he lied several times about little things and behaved in an unhinged way that is the opposite of what we want in a Supreme Court Justice.

He needs to prove to us he deserves this promotion - he has failed to do that.

He was expressing the anger that many of us feel.

Yeah! Were Ford’s parents present today, in support of their daughter? Why not?

Why do you say that? Exacting vengeance on whom?

On women, of course.

Not conservative women.

That depends on whether conservative women get pregnant.

Meh. If they're wealthy, their doctor will diagnose an incomplete miscarriage and give them a pill. If they're not, they don't matter anyhow.

He's learning from Trump. It's scary. He's threatening people on the floor of the Senate. It's not the Democrat's fault that the Republicans nominated a candidate who had so many skeletons in his closet.

They don’t want to upset their country club friends. This is why she never told them - they wouldn’t have wanted to help her anyway. She’s all but said so.

Kavanaugh was awful. Such a smug, entitled asshole.

He was an embarrassment. And blaming the Clintons! Such a loser.

Sorry if this has already been discussed: why would Dr. Ford not report to the police so that the investigation can be reopened. Why would she think that a she said/he said hearing would yield any outcome against Kavanaugh?

Good. They should. There is NO reason why he should not be confirmed.

Don’t you find it odd that most women think he’s guilty but most men find him innocent?

Here’s my anecdote: DH believes her and thinks Kavanaugh is a mean drunk.

My DH knows Kavanaugh and dislikes him, which is why I said MOST instead of all.

I’m a woman and I know he’s innocent. Same with my best friend. And, several others.
I was at a function earlier this evening. Everyone, without exception, was disgusted by the behavior of the Dems. Everyone there was talking about it.

It's right there in his calendar. July 1st: "Go to Timmy's for 'skis' (he said 'skis' was brewskis- meaning beers) w/Judge, Tom, PJ, Bernie and Squi (Squi, he said was a friend) That was the night it would have happened! All the names are right there on his calendar. I think we need to figure out where "Timmy" lived during the summer of 1982.

You know Kavanaugh said the same thing. That this was ruining his family and career. I don’t get it. All he ever needed to say was “I am very sorry this happened to her. I don’t believe that I did this but it was a long time ago when I was doing some heavy drinking so it is possible that it did. I am sorry for her suffering and wish her the best.” Then it would have been OVER. That is what a mature and psychologically stable person would have done.

Instead, Kavanaugh appears to believe that reputation is everything, that you are either Good or Bad, so even a hint of taint regarding something from 35 years ago is RUINING HIS FAMILY AND CAREER.

If he was really drinking as much as Judge’s memoir claims, how could he possibly know what he did or didn’t do?

No, a mature and psychologically stable person would NOT admit to attempted rape and near suffocation if he didn't do it.

That was all that was on his mind, beer. He needed one so badly. It appeared he was going through alcohol withdrawal. You know he wanted to have a drink (ski) with her.

Cory Booker was amazing.
