You forgot the third, more likely, option: she's going to tell the truth which is that one or more members of the Trump team were caught talking to Russia about cooperation and that conversation CAUSED their names to be unmasked so the US could know who it was, and they'll be dead to rights. People. This is what happened. It is ridiculous and ignorant to pretend otherwise.

If this is what actually happened, Obama's administration would reveal it during Trump's campaign. This would take Trump out of the election. Can you name me one reason why they didn't do that?

Because the investigation was ongoing and if Obama had done that republicans would have accused him of fixing the election to Hillary's benefit. He had to let it play out this way.

Again, the Russian's purpose is to sow dissent. They succeeded. They did not expect Trump to win--they were trying to marginalize HRC. Read the Intelligence Report that was released in January. It makes perfect sense.

As far as talking to the Russians, that goes on all the time. Press made a big deal about Sessions speaking to the ambassador--but he spoke to something like 25 ambassadors last year. Nothing burger.
