My guess: she will join Bill Gates' daughter @ Stanford.

Virginia Tech is the Montclair State U of the south.

The New York Times suggested that it would be Harvard.

Another vote for Harvard. According to the article, it seems her friends are interested in Harvard also.

or something along those lines

The kids at Yale and Princeton would agree it's hard to resist the best - but would probably disagree on that's Harvard

I think Columbia or Brown.

I asked Jeff to edit the thread title. Didn't think such hideous grammar had a place on the college forum.

Hilarious

I am so glad! I would cringe every time I saw it pop up in recent topics

Me too. That's why I asked Jeff to change it. Like nails on a blackboard.

Thank you! I had previously refused to come to this thread because of that title

This is a pretty lengthy thread discussing the actual topic regardless of the preposition faux pas. I doubt you were missed.

What is cringe worthy is how a couple of people keep harping on it. You got the correction. Move on.

After what happened at Brown, it might be off the table.

If you can't handle AA vernacular perhaps DC isn't the best area for you anyway.

What is that supposed to mean? Does the AA stand for African-American? Surely you know that an African American did not post this question regarding Malia Obama.

It would be surprising if she chose Yale now.

What happened at brown?

I think Columbia . She was in NYC this summer. Dad went to Columbia. NYC is great.

Or maybe NYU. I could also see brown.

Is where she is applying public? I'd assume not. I know there was news of her touring this Summer.... Where was she?
