I'd heard that Federal DEI demands a certain amount to reinstating school segregation.

Didn't no one want that anyways? Or maybe what i heard was wrong...I thought in a previous round, people just wanted to prioritize location. If that's true maybe they'll follow constituent preferences

Where is it listing as the top factor? That would go against everything I saw and heard about the 4 factors being weighted equally.
