Why is it okay for your dog to shit in my yard?

This is a constant in my neighborhood, and for reason MY yard. this morning, crack of freaking dawn - I come downstairs and see my neighbor and his ginormous dog taking a shit almost at my front door. yes, he picked up the poop but it seems so disrespectful to me

At least the dog owner is cleaning up the poop. The wildlife just uses your yard as a toilet. |

I am a dog owner and we cannot control where our dogs go and picking it up is what is required by law.
HOWEVER, I do not let my dog go up on people's laws and keep him about a foot or two from the road into their yard. I find it really disrespectful for people to allow their dogs to roam all up on other people's yards. He should have scaled the dog back and it should not have shit close to your front door. That is rude. |

Ge a bunch of moth balls, crunch them up some and spread them across your lawn and where the dog craps. The dog will not go up so close to the house because it will burn their nose.
