Lively/Baldoni Lawsuit Part 2

May get lost in the settlement conference news, but Hollywood Reporter has a long read on how Melissa Nathan, Jed Wallace, and Bryan Freedman are involved in an ever-lengthening list of what appear to be "targeted smears". It touches on Lively/Baldoni but the focus is actually on other stories -- Alexa Nikolas (former child star who just sued Freedman in a potential class action over one of these anonymous "smear websites"), the Rebel Wilson/Amanda Ghost feud, a k-pop executive and Hybe, etc.

Lively's case doesn't involve one of these anonymous websites, but the case between Jen Abel and Stephanie Jones does.

Emily Baldoni looked really good walking into the courthouse today, very chic and refined and put together. She's absolutely gorgeous!

Highlights for me are Blake and Justin matching lol.

While it makes sense that Ryan was not there, someone on Reddit said he was giving Minimum Effort which cracked me up.

It doesn’t seem like Blake and Justin interacted as the teams were in two separate rooms, and the judge was going between them via a private hallway from what I understand.

It’s not clear to me if they are coming back tomorrow or if there’s just no settlement and it’s done and we will have the trial in May?

Freedman is quoted outside saying no settlement and going to trial, so I think they're done.

I’m actually a woman that’s worked with DV survivors since I was in college. Now 45. I’ve never seen such a frivolous lawsuit in my life that is an insult to women who are actually survivors of DV, SA, and SH. This is doing a massive disservice to the whole community. It does seem that there is one specific Blake troll on here who is posting way too much. I will ask Jeff about it.

Puhleeze. Most women have been SH. It's not that rare and good for the women who are able to do something about it. You're experience has nothing to do with this.
