Public Trump Impeachment Hearing Mega Thread

This is something that has never been done before. Ever. Not by a chairperson for a congressional committee.

And, he publishes a record claiming it belongs to OMB. He got that wrong.
And, according to Nunes, he got the calls attributed to him wrong too.

And, then, he actually PUBLISHES them in his report.
And, has the audacity to make a statement that "there is evidence" that members of Congress are "complicit" in some scheme that he hasn't defined.

This is like when Schiff pushed the Russian narrative for over 2 years claiming to have more than circumstantial evidence that Trump colluded with Russia.

He is full of Schiff.

And, the media is totally silent about this violation of civil liberty. Truly astounding.
And, liberals seems to condone it.

So, he has now set a precedent. It is just a matter of time before Republicans do the same to Democrats.

And so the precedent that Donnie has set with inviting foreigners into our election is OK? How about we focus on the BIG issue rather than the little stuff? What if Obama had done this? What if Warren did it? Now that the precedent has been set, maybe you can look forward to the Dems doing it? Sheesh. Focus on what really matters.

Do you know anything about the rules of evidence? When Giuliani and Nunes showed up in the call logs of a known criminal they triggered probable cause to examine their calls. You are parroting the excuses GOP is shouting on FOX. If they were doing nothing wrong they need to relax and explain themselves. Nunes is not a private citizen and needs to explain himself.

This really isn't hard and isn't some Dem conspiracy. There are criminals in our country and some of them interact with the President's men. Why not focus on the people who are being investigated and figure why they have had so much contact with Nunes, Guiliani, the White House and OMB?

Likely?Or for sure? Why don’t you know?

The bolded is a lie. You’re entire post and all your outrage is based on a lie. Who is telling these lies to you?

“In the impeachment report released on Tuesday, a number of call logs were made public showing conversations between Giuliani, officials at the White House and other agencies, and Lev Parnas, an associate of Giuliani’s who is now indicted on campaign finance violations. The records appear to have been obtained via a subpoena of AT&T, which released a statement on Wednesday saying that it is “required by law to provide information to government and law enforcement agencies.”

The report indicates that all of the call records obtained by the committee belonged to Parnas or Giuliani. Every call mentioned in the report includes one or both of them. And the numbers assigned in the report’s footnotes to each document that AT&T produced to the committee appear sequential and grouped according to calls involving Parnas and Giuliani—in the case of the latter, numbers 02131 through 02139, and for the former, 00909 through 00914.”

Um, this is what the pp said. Who subpoenaed AT&T? Why didn’t the Daily Beast tell you that?

You're ignoring the important part. Our President is abusing the office.

The Senate Intel Committee report debunking the Russian Ukraine/Crowdstrike story is complete, and has been awaiting final DNI clearance for months.

I wonder why the DNI has been sitting on it?

So long as you admit that likely means “I made it up”, I’m good. All of the reasons for Schiff having these phone records are suppositions, just as I suspected.

No, they aren't just "suppositions." You are implying that because the PP doesn't know the exact reasons that Schiff has the phone records, then it must be because Schiff obtained the phone records to unlawfully investigate Nunes.

Here is the truth of it. The House Intelligence Committee supeoened the phone records of Lev Parnas during the impeachment investigations. Implying otherwise without evidence is conspiracy theory territory, i.e. the exact same thing you are accusing the PP of.

No, the PP said that Schiff subpoenad the phone records of a member of Congress and his staff, and a journalist. That’s not what happened.

Wrong. And you know it, but just want to spread lies.

In the new fact checker about Nunes’ and Graham‘s 4 Pinocchio lies about Biden and Burisma, the Post contacted Nunes and Graham to ask questions about their statements and guess who responded? John Solomon. So Solomon is not acting as a journalist in this misinformation campaign. He is a coconspirator.

This thread is 214 pages long which is a joke in and of itself.

Trump will probably be impeached in the House and it will go nowhere. The Senate will not convict. Everyone should've listened to Pelosi who is much smarter than AOC. This is virtually guaranteeing Trump's re-election.

I hate you short-sighted idiots.
