Waltz is a typical small time pol - over embellished his resume.
It is all going to come out. He never figured he would get big enough to get caught.

The gophers in MN may love him, but he will be exposed as the same fraud as Kamala. Stands for nothing, goes with the flavor of the month, will say what he thinks ppl want. It never works.

Fraud? Like a felon convicted of fraud, is that what you're saying?

+1
Doesn't get more fraudulent than that.

I am seeing pickup trucks with American flags on them and when you get closer they have Harris Walz Humber stickers..... I'm sorry but the tide has turned and people don't give a damn about any inconsistencies in his resume which has already been handled by the Minnesota national guard saying he did not buy and they gave him permission to use the titles.

Shall we go back and talk about his hot dish seasoning and how that is at his qualifier?? You people crack me up.

So all of you who are complaining about Walz saying IVF when they used IUI, and saying he has been lying are not going to vote, right? Because if you can't tolerate Walz "lying" about which ARTS procedure was used to create their children and that he worked as a E9 but retired as an E8 and mistakenly said that he was a retired E9, must be absolutely living about the many lies that Trump tells daily.

Trump has lied about being a self-made man when his father started him off with hundreds of millions of dollars.
Trump has lied to each of his wives as he has cheated on each of them.
Trump has lied on the stand that he did not sexually assault E Jean Carroll.
Trump has lied about having a sexual affair with Stormy Daniels.
Trump has lied about his financial documents in trying to cover up his affair with Stormy Daniels
Trump has lied about winning the 2020 election.
Trump has lied about being the best president for Black Americans.
Trump has lied about his successes in office. He has lied about doing a better job on the national debt than Obama and Biden when he increased it more than either of them did in their terms in office.
Trump has lied about his respect for the military when he has called them losers and suckers.
Trump has lied about being in a helicopter with Willie Brown.
Trump has lied about the size of his rally crowds. Even comparing his rally crowd to the attendance at the MLK "I Have a Dream" speech.
Trump has lied about paying people who work for him, like all of the lawyers that have been disbarred for defending him with additional legal lies.

Trump has lied more this week than Walz has lied in multiple careers spanning over 30 years.

If honesty and integrity are so important for you, then you have to abstain from voting because if Walz' lies are enough that you would not vote for him, then you most assuredly cannot vote for Trump who has no honesty or integrity.

This, but Trumpers are insufferable hypocrites.

+1000 how about ignoring them? Or simply responding with links to Trump's litany of lies?

So it’s bad that Trump lies, but okay that Walz does? Please explain.

We would like you to dedicate the same care and interest to dissecting Trump's lies. We'll wait.

I thought Democrats were against “whataboutism”?

“The communication intent is often to distract from the content of a topic (red herring). The goal may also be to question the justification for criticism and the legitimacy, integrity, and fairness of the critic, which can take on the character of discrediting the criticism, which may or may not be justified. Common accusations include double standards, and hypocrisy, but it can also be used to relativize criticism of one's own viewpoints or behaviors. (A: "Long-term unemployment often means poverty in Germany." B: "And what about the starving in Africa and Asia?").[5] Related manipulation and propaganda techniques in the sense of rhetorical evasion of the topic are the change of topic and false balance (bothsidesism).[6]”

PP isn’t guilty of whataboutism. PP was calling them out on their double standards. Don’t use words you don’t understand.

You are an azz.

There were a few Trump t shirts and there were some “NEVER WALZ” fans (the kind you wave to cool yourself). But in their infinite wisdom, the GOP couldn’t be bothered to get their (duck duck grey) ducks in a row and the website sends you to the Harris Walz donation page. www.neverwalz.com

When you click on that link, it first shows the below before redirecting to the donation page:

Trump is a convicted felon. Let's vote for adults.
Try being joyful instead of an a$$hole.

Not paid for by any candidate or candidates' committee.

Also, the neverwalz still doesn't have the same meaning as #nevertrumper because while the former is started by Rs, the latter was also started by Rs.

As an aside, and off topic, but I can see how the Trump shooter mistakenly donated to Act Blue while being a registered R. These redirects aren't always as obvious.

https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/4846106-tim-walz-democratic-doubts-dnc/

From the DNC perspective, Democrats are very supportive and pleased with his national introduction. Also, independents and moderates have been pleasantly surprised with a running mate that definitely brings positive vibes. Likewise, the independents and moderates like having an alternative to two far-too-old men running for office as neither one seemed at all appealing.

From the RNC perspective, the Republicans have tossed several attempts to discredit Walz to the public, but none of them have stuck with anyone but the MAGA base. So far, the independents and moderates have not really taken any of the negative attacks very strongly.

CHICAGO — Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) has silenced the Democratic doubters.

Heading into the Democratic National Convention, there were questions swirling inside the party about the wisdom of Vice President Harris picking the Minnesota governor — a relatively unknown figure from a safely Democratic state — as her running mate.

But Walz has stormed furiously out of the gate, hitting the campaign trail to promote his modest background as a teacher, coach and longtime military veteran. And his rousing speech last week at the convention was among the highlights of the event, bringing a dose of everyman charm to the stage and electrifying an arena of delegates, most of them largely unfamiliar with his rustic roots and contagious energy.

Democratic lawmakers said the crowd-thrilling address not only helped to introduce Walz to voters around the country, but also extinguished any apprehensions about his place on the ticket.

Well, if he did something to benefit kids from all backgrounds, then MAGA surely must hate him.

My husband is from Minnesota. Everyone loves him there.
If I could move from my god-forsaken red state I would. But, they need my blue vote and we just might be purple this year.
