My forehead looks VERY much like this and I have never had anything injected into my face....and I'm 49!

Sure, okay. I'm sure some dumbass will believe that.

46 here and I have the same type of forehead. Amazing what years of sunscreen can do for you. Might want to try it!

isn't that the truth. Sorry, but this 49 year old always wears sunscreen too, and I never "partied" in my 20s, always wear a hat when I know I'm going to be in the sun for an extended period of time...and you should see the rest of my face. Literally not one line. Yes my face has thinned out due to my age, but zero wrinkles.
Maybe someone is injecting botox in my face while I'm sleeping! Ooh I bet that's it.

Well good for you. Since you are so pretty and well preserved AND make such good life choices (a hat, sunscreen AND a party pooper!) then you certainly have every right to look down on others who maybe don't have your good fortune. Please stop bragging. You are better than I am, you win. I don't know what you win, a big imaginary medal for "fewest wrinkles". Hurrah

From what I understand, she writes and produces the show, which is based on a book that she wrote. She's quite talented, and I find her fun to watch. I don't need to her to look like a model to enjoy the show, FFS.

What a few posters in this thread fail to realize and dare I saw get upset over is that this is an open forum and people are going to snark on this show. Read any thread in entertainment it isn't all glowing reviews.

Some of the defenders of this show are overly sensitive and take it deadly serious if someone says "The show is unfunny and she's fugly" but that is pretty par for the course when talking about a show on the internet outside of a fansite.

Sure - but as you say, this is an open forum, so we're going to express our opinions as well (not the PP, BTW). It's just funny how those of you who hate the show keep popping back up on this thread. When I hate a show, I usually avoid threads about it.

If you read any other thread about a show on this forum you will see you are not the norm. Also you have no idea who anonymous posters are so.....uh they could be new posters or repeats.

It's so fucking odd how the defenders of this show want nothing negative said, flip out if someone dares gets negative and then tries to get them to leave....FOREVER. That's why I read this thread, it's mildly amusing to watch. And no I'm not a repeat poster.

From her description of her life and her taste in tv shows I would think not.

I'm not the norm? I'm just one of many posters on this thread who like the show and find it weird, not that others wouldn't like it, but that some of you have such vitriol for the woman who plays the main character. Do you know her IRL or something? What makes you hate her and her appearance so much? Anyone with such a bizarre fixation on someone they don't even know (who's playing a role, for god's sake) is clearly not the norm. Maybe get a life?

You keep saying this or something along these lines over and over. How is it working out for you?

I know I know..."you know more than one person posts here right?" yep - but oddly there is one who keeps saying the same things in the same tone with the same shocked faces.

And no. You are not the norm on an open forum that is know for being snarky and bitchy.

Do YOU know her IRL? Because your need to defend her and the show is fucking hilarious to read. Keep it up. oh and

PS When you start to take things too seriously, especially on an anonymous forum "for god's sake" its time to get a life.
