They are just testing the markets. The government is standing there watching. DOL sets the labor categories and certifies there is no impact on the native work market, they also require these secret interviews. This process has been illegally defrauded numerous times while the DOL employees were looking the other way. IMO these interviews aren't too different from an unconstitutional search. I mean the applicants have all kinds of lawyers and HR specialist. Where is my lawyer making sure they are asking only permissible questions? It's up to the DOL crooks to oversee this.

Seems like you should be in touch with your representative in Congress to alert them of your concern that there is too much fraud in the system and the system is generally stacked against US workers seeking a job. Maybe Congress can even require DOL provide to US citizens with representation in the process. That change would need to come from Congress, not DOL.
